When you commence the game, you will enter as a recruit in the Jillian Michaels fitness boot camp. As you proceed, you can easily navigate through different routines by using the Wiimote. The avatar for Jillian Michaels will be there with you every step of the way.

By using the Wii platform, you can actually interact with the game. Whether pummelling a punching bag or rowing a kayak, you move your body as though you are doing it in real life. The game offers an innovative way to get in shape and get some exercise.

Fitness Ultimatum offers several different lengths for your workouts and you can also custom tailor your workout intensity and difficulty level. At the onset, Jillian Michaels will assist you in designing a program to help with your long term fitness or weight loss.
